2. Visa & Admission Decisions
While Sky35 maintains exceptional success rates, visa approvals and university admissions remain under the sole sovereign authority of respective embassies, immigration departments, and university academic boards.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Flight tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages are subject to airline fare rules, hotel cancellation policies, and tour operator terms. Advisory and processing service fees are non-refundable once documentation work has commenced.
